Q1. Who is Pepixel and what do we do?
Pepixel is an online digital printable store, we do NOT print the invitations and cards, we email you the digital printable file.
- What is a Digital Printable ?
A Digital Printable is a high quality JPEG/PDF/ file ready for you to PRINT yourself,
at home or at a local printer or photo center.
You simply saving it on USB/ Thumb Drive/ Memory Stick and taking it down to your local photo kiosk or print it from your home printer.
Q2. How many invitations do I get? How much does it cost to print?
The Best thing about 'Digital Printables' you will receive ONE digital design of your invitation/card from Pepixel. Once you receive your JPEG/PDF digital design of your invitation/card, you can print as many or as little as you like at your local photo center or home/professional printer. Giving you full control of your choice of printer, paper and costs.
Q4. What exactly am I purchasing from Pepixel?
Your purchase includes ONE JPEG/PDF file (and any additional options you may have chosen) and our time in designing and personalising your item. All copyrights and trademarks of images, characters and photographs used belong to their respective owners and you are not being charged for. This is not a licensed product and we do not claim ownership over the characters or images used in the designs.
Q5. What are the shipping costs?
Zero, as you will be sent an email of your order - 1 x Digital JPEG/PDF Design of your invitation ready for you to print yourself.
Q6. Do you have a rush service and how long until I receive my order?
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE - SAVING ON POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES.

I have chosen the 'Rush Service' how does this work?
Your proof will be sent to you within 24hrs (business days) from your order date and time. To speed up the process you must reply promptly to our emails in order to finalise your order promptly.
Q7. What happens after I order?
After you place your order... You receive an order confirmation via email straight away, you will receive an electronic JPEG/PDF proof which has been edited by professional graphic designers. Then it is up to you to proof read the order “accept” or “decline” the proof, you have the choice of 2 additional revisions after. If additional revisions are required, this will be charged accordingly. An estimated quote will be given to you before extra adjustments are made by your request.
We will email you the digital file of the final design within 2 business days.
Q8. Can I purchase invitations if I live outside of Australia?
'Yes you can, we are an online store which is open 24hrs/7days. That’s what is great about the Digital File, it is sent via email, no need to wait for postal services.
Q9. Can l change colours, fonts and the design of the invitation?
If you require adjustments please email us before you purchase on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requests and we will create a custom order for you. * this will be charged accordingly
Q10. Can I add my own photo to my invitation?
Yes, we can add a high-resolution photo to our photo invitation/ card designs. Invitation/card designs without photos cannot be adjusted to include photos. You simply upload your photo when you are personalising your invitation just before checkout. Photo can be as a TIFF or JPEG/PDF file at a resolution of 300dpi or more. (please note. We only expect photos no larger than 5MB).
Q11. Can l expect the print to be the exact colour l see on screen?
All our designs have been test printed on high quality photo paper and have been approved to our Standard before uploading. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to different monitor settings and resolution.. Please understand that colours will vary from different printers and from store to store.
Q12. Can I have my guest names printed on my invitations?
NO, at this stage we do not offer this service.
Q13. What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard via PayPal Express on our website via a secure encrypted on-line processing system.
Q14. Can l cancel my order?
If we have not commenced working on your order, then there is no charge for cancellation and a full refund will be given. Please fill out the cancellation request form at the bottom of home page. No refund will be given if an order is cancelled after proofing has been emailed to you. Cancellation request form
Q15. What if the venue or date changes after I have already ordered?
At Pepixel Invitations, we understand circumstances change.
If you need to make an adjustment to your order. You need to email us within 30 days of your order, with your order number and we offer ONE change at no extra cost. Adjustment request form

Q17. Why don't we show our phone number or address?
Our aim is to give you the lowest possible prices for your invitations and cards. We don't have expensive call centres and shop fronts, so we can pass on these savings to you - making our products good value.
